Falling Asleep On A Stranger Lyrics

And you know that your soul's

If you'd listen to AP-Podcast on iTunes, you would hear Vic say that 'Falling asleep on a stranger' was Pierce the Veil's most misinterpreted song.
Falling Asleep on a Stranger is about falling in love with a stranger, or a random person. Possibly about a one-night stand.

I think it's about how desprate you get after someone leaves. "Fall asleep on the first I face." It's looking for anyone to replace that person. I think he's reffering to her leaving for someone that won't even take her, and he doesn't care about the fact she left. He just wants her back. Because he tried, and clearly, no one can replace her. I'd also like to note when he says "I'm a ghost, pull the note out of my throat, and leave me alone" He means that he's trying to stay low key because he really doesn't want to be with anyone else, but he knows he will if he finds someone willing. He's saying 'I know I'm alone, but just leave me be'. He only wants her.
