I think it is about somebody who simply wants to make a huge difference in the world, to take her God given talents and gifts and just use them to speak and reach out to people. She wishes she was pretty, but she is pretty for wanting to speak out to people with the voice she knows she has and wants to express. she wants to let go and feel who she is on the inside and use that beautiful inside personality to show the world that she has something she wants to say.
