I think that this about Alex coming to terms with every part of himself. He said that he's been dealing with bad anxiety and identity issues recently and that is what the album is about. I think at the start of the song the liar, cynic, sinner, Saint, loser and cryptic are all separate parts of himself and towards the end he begins to except them.
