   The title is from an old animation called the secret league 2 by sick animations. The song is about someone being in love with someone but having their lifestyle get in the way, most likely quite on the nose as being in a band means you spend a lot of time away.

   The whole song is a metaphor. It means himself, it means that how can you tell him not not want the person he loves. Its like telling someone not to wash his dick.
   In the part: You say you say Im only a phone call away. He means that the other person thinks that he is exagerating, but he really feels its too much.
