Bring Me the Horizon: Diamonds Aren't Forever Meaning
Diamonds Aren't Forever Lyrics
We will never sleep, 'cause sleep is for the weak
And we will never rest, 'til we're all fucking dead
I refuse! I refuse!
I refuse to close my eyes!
[Chorus:]
I have loved, and I have lost.
I have turned, and I have tossed.
I have...

Don't let life pass you by, you gotta live it because like 'diamonds' they don't shine forever so we have to be 'gold' forever if you look at the words to the song now you can fully understand what I'm saying

I'm pretty sure the meaning of this song is to not let life fly by pass you. Try to realize where you are and what's happening because you only experience some things once. Don't take things for granted because you may never be able to experience them again.

This song is about living life to the fullest and not letting life just pass by. We will never sleep cause sleep is for the weak and we will never rest until we're all fucking dead. What he is saying is we're not going to just let life pass by we're going to go out and live life.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

Hes always busy...ether with the band or living his life there is no time to rest in his life..intill it kills him!
-
Olly has night terrors, which is why he always talks about not sleeping. Thats what Mark from SS said. So i'm pretty sure this song has something to do with that.
