   I think this song is about a girl who was dumped by her boyfriend. He then got a new girlfriend, but she dumped him, "And word on the street is that she did to you what you did to me". She's saying that now he knows what it's like for her, "how does it feel to swim in your own tears".

   her ex boyfriend had the same pain as she did when he had dumped her. it made her want to get back @ her ex boyfriend and wants him to feel some pain from the one that you love leaving you for someone else

   This song is basically a song gloating over an ex-boyfriend.

   In their relationship, the guy was lying to her.

   She broke up with him because he broke her heart.

   In this bit, she's gloating over how the girl who replaced her in the guy's life dumped him and now his heart is broken, like her's was.

   She's teasing the guy here because now he knows the pain that she felt when they broke up.
