White America Lyrics
how many people are proud to be citizens of this beautiful Country of ours,
the stripes and the stars for the rights that men have died for to protect,
The women and men who have broke their neck's for the freedom...

#1 top rated interpretation:Ur both wrong. Every eminem song has been throwing out truths about our governemnt, the way the higher ups in the world are brainwashin everyone, and exposing the plans of the illuminati. If ppl weren't so closed minded and believed in what they actually believe not what they are told to believe the world would b a better place. Watch the music video. There are so many signs threw out it but ppl let their eyes decieve the truth. There a eyes everywhere, everyone is a brainwashed zombie, he rips the constitution in half, shows hell on earth! I mean the list is so much longer than tht ppl juss don't want to see what's right in front of them.

He starts out in the top floor of a building which symbolizes a bigger corporation and then when he hits the bottom floor which represents the people it shows them all brain washed and messed up with advertisements in the background he shows things on TV that he acclaims that people are saying his music is doing it, when really hes trying to help and then t words the end everyone goes up to the president who is attached to strings and starts pissing on him, but what ties it all together is the end, because it shows one family with everything looking great which is how life is seen by everyone, only looking at them and not the big picture and that is what the video is about, to look at things in the big picture and not just your life

As much as I hate to admit it, Eminem's showing the future. If we don't wake up, we are all just sheep to the gov. Eminem's song "not afraid" is about breaking out of their clutches and taking a stand. White America is about what the future is holding for us. They take away rights one by one. Who says we have unalienable rights? We don't even have full freedom of speech! Next they will try to remove our right to bear arms. Think of all the staged plots so far. And when Eminem says "i'm just playin," he isn't. He just doesn't want to seem like he hates the country. only the leaders.

We live in a world that has been completely dulled by the reality that has been pushed to people via every outlet, We shouldnt live in a world where girls and beautiful females are subjected to prositution, babys not evening have a chance to breathe in life, My views may be rebellious, But I think the power should be back in the hands of the common man, This world is getting sicker and sicker everyday, if you speak up you are labeled a physco, I actually have more respect for people gang affliated than people involved in the higher ups, they are masking technology and knowledge from us because our species like everything is evolving, we are learning the truth, People understand this too, why would they legalize the only true constant renewable energy, which is by science, Marijuana. Take down babylon, Burn their self-made throwns, A storm is coming be prepared.

actually he is pointing out a lot of good facts about our social structure. He states "Who is proud of this beautiful country of ours?" he is being sarcastic if you couldn't tell. He is asking who is proud of this crap (basically). "Women and men who have broke their necks for the FREEDOM OF SPEECH the United States GOVERNMENT is sworn to PROTECT AND UPHOLD." Now if you notice I bolded some things which I will explain now. He said Freedom of Speech which he is really testing in this song that sets up for the rest of the song. He said Government so he could target them instead of America as a hole. Protect and Uphold meaning we had it before they are just here to protect it and en-force it. He is just showing corruption and fault in our government I got an email about three days ago and it showed a picture of a receipt and it showed 23 steaks, 45 bags of chips all paid in full with foodstamps it is a messed up country now i will admit I am an anarchist but I don't hate the country just the government I have a problem with.

I can see that everyone on here is right. He is talking about how middle and high class america try to manipulate and hide the truth along with the government. He is attacking the censorship and watered down way people get information. In the "ghetto" the government doesn't care what we listen to and what we learn as long as we don't try to use it to come up. In rich hoods it's a problem because if people become conscious the have money and power to change injustices. That's why he said "hip hop was never a problem in harlem only in boston after it bothered the fathers of daughters starting to blossom". He also references how he has much more of an impact on white america (duh). He says "look at these eyes baby blue baby just like yourself if they were brown shady lose shady sits on the shelf". White people buy most of his music and he connects to a lot of people who enjoy rock politically. It's way to much to say about this song.
-
I think this song is showing that although America is now a democracy and there are rights that people deserve people are still treated differently. A white person can sing and stay around, their music is played regularly on the radio. A black person has to use the word "nigger" and talking about sex bitches and hoes, it aint fair.
-
This whole song is about how the FCC and parents try to censor everything in the media and not letting people see the whole truth or the true meaning behind things. When he says "I go to CRL look how many hugs I get" he refers to his supporters who think censorship isn't right.
