He prided himself on the fact the he doesn't care with songs like "just don't give a fuck" and "still don't give a fuck." By making a song that makes so little sense and by putting it on his curtain call album he is basically slapping his critics in the face by how little he cares about public opinion.

#2 top rated interpretation:At the beginning of the song Eminem implies that he is going to ejaculate either into or on this girl (It is not stated clearly in the song.) The next sentence states that this women he is having intercourse with is extremely flexible. He also states that he is wearing a condom, but is not stated if it is rubber or sheep skin. Although in the next line it states that he will not ejaculate inside of the women and that he is wearing a rubber condom. He then states that his condom is going to come off, which is not good news for Eminem because he says that the women he is having sex with doesn't know what a abortion is. In the next sentence Eminem says that he is about to ejaculate. He also says that the women is on top of him which contradicts the fact that Eminem was in "power." Eminem then states that the girl is doing something that does not please him and he tell's her to stop, in the process the women stops giving Eminem oral sex which makes Eminem very mad. This tells that is now a fact that Eminem is in power. After the chorus is sung Eminem says that he is a sexual expert and can stimulate her like no other man. He then says that he wants the girl to call his sister so they can have sex in a threesome. By stating that the girl has a sister it tells us that the girl is not chinese. We know this because in China there is no such thing as a family with two sisters. Eminem never actually has a threesome with her sister. Eminem then states that he wants to give the women oral sex, but when he gazes upon the women's genatalia he soon realizes that is filled with hair. He know regrets going down on her. Eminem then says that he has ejaculated twice because of the girl, and he can't cum a third time. The women sticks her finger up Eminem's butt, and Eminem likes it which leads us to think that Eminem is a homosexual, but in the next line he states that he is not in fact a homosexual. Eminem then shoves a tube up his buttonhole, a gerbil then appears and goes up the tube and into Eminem's body. Eminem then states once again that he is in the process of ejaculating. The song leaves us with mixed emotions about Eminem, we do not know if Eminem is a freak or a homosexual. The song leaves us with the fact that he is both because he likes things in his butt, which implies that he is homosexual, and he like gerbils in his body, which means that he is a freak.

I think it's a pretty good response to all the critics. The song makes no sense, it's hilarious and it's about sex. Also he goes back to the rumors about him being gay.

I always thought this song was inspired by the south park episode - The Death Camp of Tolerance cuz Mr Garrison shoves a gerbil up Mr Slave's ass and the accent Em has in the song sounds similar to Cartman which I believe a few others also noted in the comments.
