   Moody’s intentionally understated lyrics speak volumes about numbness and repression. With being known as the “strong” one, I don’t often express myself so that I can make others feel safe and supported. It breaks my heart when they finally see behind the mask.

   This song really hit home for me. To me personally it's about the demons I fight in my head. It's also about the people I've lost in the past 3 years and having the regret of not swallowing my pride to patch things between us before it was too late. November 3rd last year our dog passed at 7 years of age. Watching her take her last breath after we told her it's ok, not to suffer and we love her is the absolute hardest thing I've ever gone through. She saved me more than once when she knew something was off with me. Some days when the demons are breaking down the door I feel like I could die today.

   living with bi polar or having bi polar in a marriage, 1st time I heard this it really hit hard right in the heart of the feelings I know go thru my wife on any giving day....some days she is just A LITTLE BUT OFF TODAY.....and she dont know why
