Valley Of The Pagans Lyrics

Welcome to the land of the permanent sun
Where the flowers are melted and the future is fun
The freeway lizards are all feelin' so good
From a one-way trip back to West Hollywood, let's go

Feels so good to have a perfect song
I feel so...

It's about how California FUCKING SUCKS. The lyrics in the end (i'm on a cleanse, the hot tub is really chill, etc) is about how everyone in LA is a hippie and so annoying. Welcome to the land of the permanenet sun where the flowers are melted is about how California is way too hot.

Well, I this song is about the interpretation of the world from the view of a social media crazed individual. This is seen through Beck’s Lyrics: She’s a plastic cleopatra (Egyptian Ruler, showing perfection in a recycled manner, via plastic) on a throne of ice (ice is commonly seen with deception, especially with one’s self, this person doesn’t see herself as the real her, only a mimic, or doppelgänger on an icy throne) She’s a hemophiliac with a dying battery life. (As in her fame is about to fade, her damaged parts of her success being unable to clot, and that she’d feast on a recharge for her dying success, on a new form of person or trend). Also, throughout the now taken down music video, 2D, the fictional band member is seen on his phone throughout most of the engaging car ride, only paying attention when in danger of when a larger event is occurring, like when they first arrive in Los Santos.
