I consider this song a prequel to telephone because she's talking about how it's not cute or sexy to call or incessantly text her and to not be dirty ice cream. The dirty ice cream part i think means that when someone calls and texts like that they are making a good and sweet thing seem less desirable just like how a child loves ice cream but if they drop it on the ground and it gets dirty, they don't want it anymore.
