   The song is about the music industry trying to tell her what to do and who to be. Shes saying that you can dress her and make her dance how they want but you will never change who she is at heart. And R Kelley represents the music industry and all its temptations. Which is why he refers to the drugs and alcohol. Lady Gaga struggled with drugs and alcohol. This song is one of my favorite songs by her because of the meaning. Great song by a great artist.

   The record label/fans don't know how much hard work is put into the tours and music they do, that she is so tired with early starts and late finishes and its a harder job than you think. People can do what they want with her body because they're paying for the music or tours they listen to, but they have no clue what goes on when they're not on stage etc.
