Lady Gaga: The Queen Meaning
The Queen Lyrics
Them what I'm made of, oh
The killer queen inside me's coming to say hello
Oh tonight I will return
The fame and riches earned
With you I'd watch them all be burned
Woah woah
Whenever I start feeling...

#1 top rated interpretation:First of all… I love this song. I think each verse is paying homage to various female figures of the past. The one that strikes me is from the last verse. This could have something to deal with Christa Mcauliffe. She was the 3rd grade teacher who died in the Challenger Space Shuttle Accident. Gaga writes:
"In a challenger across the sky. Like a phoenix,
so I can remind them of the dream I bore" The shuttle exploded (aka, the phoenix on fire), and she was the first member of the public to be brought on a shuttle mission, thus, her dream and the dream of her family and friends. And of course, she perished, " don't forget me when I'm crying at Heaven's door…" This song is full of deep meaning if you take the time to listen -

#2 top rated interpretation:It's about how Gaga would take bullets for her fans, take all the hate for them, and take a stand for them. How she'll be a QUEEN that will sacrifice herself her fans' good.
So beautiful. -
It is about Gaga being her, Mother Monster, the Queen of all Little Monsters. And how she would do anything for them. She truly is a queen.
<3 U GAGA -
This song is about the media calling her out saying she is a "b**ch," and for her wanting to be a queen, and to be strong for the little monsters. For instance, people often misinterpret her religious metaphors and call her satanic, which is not the case.

This song made me cry with happiness the first time I heard it :') The lyrics really touch my heart because I know that she is talking about her fans. Her little monsters. This song is about Gaga becoming brave, and being brave for her fans. She wants to be our Queen and wants us to know that we can turn to her when everything falls apart ("When you run dry, I'll flood your pain").
She wants us to feel strength and love from her, and that she would "return the fame and riches earned", which means she will give back everything her fans have helped her become, and return it to us with love and bravery.
I love you Gaga! -

In this song GaGa speaks to her fans..... expressing her love for them and the many things she will do for them.
-
"The Queen" is about Gaga trying to be a queen for her fans - like in the madison square garden HBO special, she cries before going on, saying "I just want to be a queen for them".
-
The queen is about bravery. Being unafraid to be great.

You're sick! Get a life you and get out of your religious bubble!
