   i think it means that nurses and doctors are like vampires because they take so much blood that's why they say the doctors and the nurses they adore me so!

   while that could be it I don't think it is. The rest of the lyrics point to a different meaning.

   It seems like he is being forced into giving all this blood. like a sort of sinister blood donor.

   Seems like he is being forced into giving them blood. Thsi is backed up by grab a glass because theyre going to be a flood - the fact taht it says glass could have ben a swain for vampires.

   this is a little joke between MCR and the fans at the end of their album
   its basically saying 'okay, we're really different now, but we're still the same guys and we know where we came from'
   they haven't forgotten their roots in all the horror movie stuff just because they've got swept up in fame and everything.

   Where, how he's killed so many people, and shed so much blood and it still was never enough, so he keeps going on with it, because he's so determined to win back his lover.
