   The song is about someone who misses the old times, and that obviously want`s to have sex.
   
   I think the chorus says it all. Moreover, the wannabe "rougher" melody is supposedly playing on the sexual side.

   Rock me is about sex. If you listen to it enough it kinda says F*** me. Truthfully. And hit the pedal heavy metal....well we all know what hit the pedal could mean lets go harder. Heavy metal is like extreme and wild. So all in all these boys don't like to cruise but go wild and extreme. They are pretty wild.

    Harry Styles mentioned in One Direction's book that he has been single since the end of 2009 and his last girlfriend was Felicity Skinner. In the same book he mentioned that he wanted their first single to compare to I Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas, released in summer 2009. He said that song made people think about the good memories they had. Also, Felicity has said on Twitter that she has only had one good summer. My theory is that this song is about Felicity from Harry.
