Life of the Party Lyrics

I love it when you just don't care
I love it when you dance like there's nobody there
So when it gets hard don't be afraid
We don't care what them people say
I love it when you don't take no
I love it when you do what you want cause you just...

This song is about telling somebody who normally very quiet or shy to be themselves and have fun get a little wild because you only live once. He's telling this person not to care if they get hate or is being bullied he's telling them to just let go and be themselves. He knows this person is a very lively person but their scared to be themselves he's telling them to be them and not care.

This song is definitely about the singer convincing someone to just be him or herself, which in this case is likely being out as a gay person. Someone who is gay finds it "scary" to come out, especially around people they know. Being out also means not caring what other negative things people say about it. Hearts are going to break when someone of the opposite sex (or parents, siblings, and friends) find out, and hearts are going to break when a move is made on a unsuspecting straight person of the same sex. Come out tonight, come out tonight!

I think this song is talking about a boy who's wishing his (now ex) girlfriend the best. He talks about all of her admirable qualities, and he loves their relationship, and how they go back and forth. He wants them to live their relationship, but more importantly their life how they want, and not care about what other people say. He doesn't want her to give up on their relationship because it's rocky, but in the mean time he wants her to continue being as beautiful as he sees her... My boyfriend dedicated this song to me and in our situation this makes sense to me

Honestly haven't heard it more the twice on the radio. I kind of am leaning in the direction of the person above me. A relationship in hard times, trying to hold on to the relationship.

I think that it is saying that as long as they have eachother nothing else matters, and that being themselves is the most important thing and to just not have no cares and worries by not letting people bring them down but rising above it and doing what they feel is right.

If you interpret the lyrics from the perspective of a gay lover singing to a less experienced one, it all makes sense. Specially the "come out tonight" part

I think this song is saying how you love something about someone and you're telling them to just be them selves and have fun and be the life of the party basically (:

I think the song is about taking the chance to love someone and not to be afraid. It may seem scary because it's your first love or you like that person so much that you don't wanna do anything to hurt the relationship. Either way, take the plunge. It'll be worth it in the end if it's for the right person.

i think this song is between a couple who love each other, but may have a few problems (only minor) and they always are able to look past the issues and love each other no matter what. "We don't have to be ordinary" is like saying, we are different but who cares! we love each other!!
