   When the Eagles were asked about “Hotel California” they said “It’s just a song. It doesn’t mean anything!” Young people should learn to recognize the creative use of words for what it is. I understand though. My generation too sought meaning in songs where there were none. If you look at the video, Rhinoceros has nothing to do with anything. Thank goodness! It’s a great song!!!

At the moment I still love her and my heart is broken, any when I listen to this song it makes it very clear to me yhat it’s about someone who doesn’t feel the love that you feel for them, and when you look into there eyes, it’s apprent.     To me it sounds like a guy who likes some girl, but she doesn't feel the same about him. When he "planned a show" but then doesn't see her until June. And he thinks to himself "I must go." He realizes that she just doesnt feel for him.
