the anonymous person is right , however I hope if they choose to pollute the human race with offspring from their diseased sac that it is not 'retarded' like they are. I find that their interpretation is slightly off and in poor taste. Billy's brother Jesse is spaceboy. He has a disorder but to simply say "he missed his retarded brother" is just kind of a low blow showing a lack of couth and empathy.

He missed his retarded brother Jesse, and wrote this song for him. His brother is Space boy. Or this song is about some really high guy who did an insane amount of drugs and eventually OD. But i heard it was about his brother.
