Taylor Swift: Last Kiss Meaning
Song Released: 2010
Last Kiss Lyrics
Lit through the darkness at 1:58
The words that you whispered
For just us to know
You told me you loved me
So why did you go
Away
Away?
I do recall now
The smell of the rain
Fresh on the...

I think this is a song about a boy who broke up with her(i dont really care who the boy is) and she still loves him..."You told me you loved me so why did you go?" It is a sweet song that really speaks to me. you can feel her pain, and you can relate to it. My favorite line is when she is talking about the things she misses the most about him like "I love your hand shake meeting my father, i love how you walk with your hands in your pockets..."I like those lines the best because i am going out with a boy and they remind me of the things he does that makes me love him so much...Thanks taylor for this song.

I think its a relationship that ended with her..
and she still wants that relationship back.
she by the "ending" of a relationship it was her "last kiss"
and i think she's hurt of course but still wants him to be happy...
I think that's what we'd all want for someone we love.
Even though they're aren't with us anymore, you still want to see them happy..
that's what i think. -
i think at the time she was upset for forever and alwats. wouldnt you be? it wasnt even half a minite over phone!
now she realizes she misses him. and it says forever and always in her hidden message. she could have put it in a interveiw maybe....whatever this song is adorablee x3 -
It is pretty obvious that this song is about Joe Jonas.
She made it clear when she made the hidden message, "Forever and Always."
And to comment on why she would write a bitter song, and then a sad song about him, Taylor has said that in her songwriting process that first she gets angry, and then she gets sad. Hence, why she might first write an angry song followed by a sad one. -
It doesn't have to be about Joe Jonas guys... I'm sure she has had more relashionship than just him.
Forever and always was a bitter song. She wouldn't sing a sad one about him now.
It's not death. It would be except for the end....
"I feel you forget me like I use to feel you breathe. I keep up with our old friends just to see how you are. Hope it's nice where you are.
"I hope the sun shines, and it's a beautiful day. And soemthing reminds you, you wish you had stayed."
"I'd never planned on you changing your mind..."
Those alone tell you he is alive. Alive and without her.
Forgetting her by eah breathe.
It could be Joe, but, why would you write a bitter song about someone then suddenly change and be sad that they left? -

Joe Jonas because intro is 27 seconds just like the break up phone call
-
It's about Joe Jonas, in the CD lyrics in the actual cd there was a hidden message in caps that said forever and alwways...that song was about him too
