Three Days Grace: Bully Meaning
Bully Lyrics
With voices in his head
Nobody knows it
But today he won't go unnoticed
He can't forget
Can't forgive for what they said
He's never been so hurt
But today the screaming is over
Blame the family
Blame the...

I think the interpretation is different. I think that the artist begins by telling 2 stories of kids getting bullied. Now whether or not they kill themselves is irrelevant. Basically in the chorus he is saying that as a society we blame different parties. We blame the bully, we blame the families, we blame ourselves and others for being bystanders. But in my opinion i think he is saying stop placing blame and focus on the victim. He is beat down and rejected and nobody really cares. They care about the bullying. So maybe we need to stop blaming and instead make that victim feel wanted.

This is the interpretation of the frontman himself.
This track begins with schoolyard taunts and cheers and calls of "get him" and "bust his hand." Frontman Adam Gontier explained the inspiration for this anti-bullying song on Noisecreep: "Over the last little while, I've watched my little brother, who is 11 years old, go through school," he said. "I've been pretty close with him, and I've been able to watch how kids are with each other, so it was an idea that was on my mind.Growing up, you see how kids that get pushed around and get bullied how it affects them later on in life, so I wanted to write about it so we sat down as a band and wrote the lyrics for that." -
the narrator tells both stories in a manner that is (maybe) sarcastic or cold, mocking the fact that people always want to blame someone else, i always imagine him smirking evily at the “blame it on me, but maybe she needed to be wanted” because hes sort of saying that no-one payed attention to the characters.
