It's All Over Lyrics

Your bottles' almost empty
You know this can't go on
Because of you my mind is always racing
The needles' breaking your skin

I actually think it depends on the situation that each person is in currently, the general feelings of hopelessness and depression expressed in this song make me think it’s about any situation that pushes you past your limits and make you feel like you’re “on the edge and falling off,” as the lyrics say. Especially with those specific lyrics, I’ve been able to relate to this song and feel the pain expressed through it.

I think this song means that when you have an addiction or try a drug it is most likely the end of the road for you unless you turn it around for yourself. I think this song was written especially for Adam because of His past addiction

For me the song is about an addiction to self harm, because he talks about needles breaking skin, and how it gets under his skin to see someone (perhaps a close friend) giving in (to self harm). Maybe when he says its all over the person cut to deep or harmed them selves severely.

i find that this song means that you know someone addicted to alcohol or drugs not caring if they hurt them selves or others in the process until they finally give up on the battle and slowly kill them selves
