A Day to Remember: Have Faith in Me Meaning
Song Released: 2010
Have Faith in Me Lyrics
Cause there are things that I've seen I don't believe
So cling to what you know and never let go
You should know things aren't always what they seem
I said I'd never let you go, and I never did
I said I'd never let you fall and...

This song is about the fact that someone-relationship or not-doesn't have faith in Jeremy Mckinnon so Jeremy is telling him/her to have that faith in him, because he's seen things in life that he/she would never dream in they're worst dreams.
So that's what this song is about.
Having faith in Jeremy Mckinnon.
I know I have have faith in him.
But,do you? -
I honestly love this song it has so much power behind it. I'm actually getting part of it across my chest. This song has a lot of meaning. Some say it's about their career which makes amazing sense, however it's this album that made them get ranked in top 20 for Post-Hardcore bands. A Day To Remember is an amazing band and just like this song they have so many with just as much power behind it.
-
I believe this song is coming from someone's perspective who is not the best, has made many mistakes, and does have a past yet still is in it for one person and is hoping that they will soon believe in them and realize that they have changed. It's basically saying "Have faith in me" meaning believe in them and it may actually go somewhere because they are trying.
-
This song is about their career. This entire album is about their career.
This song is really powerful to me. I've got the lyrics tattooed down my entire back. "They've got me on the outside looking, but I can't see it all with the weight of the world in my shoulders. They just wanna see me fall. Have Faith In Me. " it's about Jeremy doing what he needs to do to get his music going & he's asking people to have some faith in him instead of bullying him & treating him & his band like pieces of shit & telling them they can't do it because they can. -
It could also be like a message from God telling everyone to cling to what you know and never let go as in Christianity as a religion. He says he'll never let you go and you'll always find him right there again, as in your prayers. He wants people to, have faith in him. It also mentions that, they've got him on the outside looking in but he can't see at all with the weight of the world on his shoulders, they just wanna see him fall. So people are saying he's not real and until they see him, will they believe in him.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
-
It's basically saying that in matter of any circumstance just have "Faith" in the person you love and atleast have trust in them. Especially when it says "Cause there are things that I've seen I don't believe" pretty much means people will try anything to break them up but with a little faith just believe that the person lovesyou and don't mind what others say because you know deep in your heart that person does and even though there will people who will try to ruin the relationship, a little faith is what matters in that love relationship.
-
I believe its about anyone who has fallen in love and cant let go even when there's nothing left to hold on to.
