Avril Lavigne: Give You What You Like Meaning
Give You What You Like Lyrics
-
I feel this girl is in a sexual abusive relationship, and exchange for sex the guy gives her what she desires, whatever that may be.
-
I feel this is about a girl who one day gets drunk (maybe not) and goes to a club and meets an older man and goes to a hotel with him while she is in high school with a boyfriend her own age. She realizes she loves this older guy, but one day when he comes to her house, her mom sees the man and calls the police for pedophilia (most likely) and he is arrested. She goes to the police station with her friends, and the police want to question her. The man is later released from jail (looks in window at the end of the video, or what appears to be him) and sees her in the window and walks away to probably never seeing her again, so he won't hurt her, or ruin her future. This is my opinion by the way, so please don't critisize, but leave your opinions :)

This song is about a girl who has sex with strangers because she wants to feel loved and not lonely like she really is. She's sex with them in exchange for them making her feel warm and cared for and loved
