Hello Kitty Lyrics

Min'na saik? arigat?,
K-k-k-kawaii, k-k-k-kawaii.

[Verse 1]
Mom's not home tonight
So we can roll around, have a pillow fight
Like a major rager OMFG

Let's all slumber party
Like a fat kid on a pack of Smarties
Someone chuck a cupcake...

This song is about a lesbian fling.
I mean, read between the lines. “Mom’s not home tonight” / “spin the bottle [...] keep it just between you & me” / “roll around in our underwear”. The message is obvious. Later on she goes “come and play with kitty & me” hinting at her female part.
The theme of the video is Japanese cuz Hello Kitty is Japanese, and there’s her fans behind her etc it’s cute, but don’t forget the all FEMALE dancers behind her. It’s all a message.

It’s for her love of Japan and hello kitty. Some of her biggest fans are from Japan so she wrote this song for them. And it just says Let’s play Spin The Bottle we’re not gonna talk about it tomorrow, it doesn’t say which gender she is playing it with.

Avril admitted that it was flirtatious and s*xual, but also was about her love for Hello Kitty. It has a double meaning, and she makes it obvious, along with admitting the s*xual undertone. Nobody read far into this, it was right there in front of us.

Everyone saying its a song about lesbianism/a lesbian fling...are we just gonna ignore the fact she has made statements talking about her being obsessed with Hello Kitty and the song was supposed to be a for fun? You expect people to take your word at face value but then will ignore her statements at face value...yikes

This song is about duality. I think there for I am. She is expressing having a good time at a slumber party...and thanking her Japanese fans. Which are mostly female. You may interpret it literally or metaphorically. Meaning it's ok to have fun do what u want be who you are. - Doc Dead Records.

I think this song is about having fun, not taking life too seriously, and just enjoying the world for what it is.
