She's talking about someone who ignores her and that makes her upset because she knows that the person isn't aware of her personality and thoughts. She asks him to not to judge a book by its cover and to get to know her. She's not that bad as he thinks. He doesn't even talk to her and it becomes a long time and she tries a lot, but it's still the same! All that happened has made her go away. It's like he doesn't want her there, however she respects him and shows it in her behavior. It happens frequently and she is hurt a lot,so she is going away.
