Black Veil Brides: Crown Of Thorns Meaning
Crown Of Thorns Lyrics
All that's left are scriptures songs
Livin' with the pieces of my memories
And I'll guard all the dyin' and kill all abandoned hope
When martyrs die who is left to hide the moonlight?
I will walk through hell...

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

Actually, there's a book series by an author called Mark laurence. The first book is called Prince of Thorns. He's an antihero struggling with his past, family, memories. Very much the end justifies the means kinda guy. He saves people, for his own reasons, but he's no saviour. Really good series if you want a read.

I think this song means the band will do anything and walk through problems to reach and make their fans happy. Even if the band must use crown of thorns like Jesus. This song has nothing to do with Jesus. This is just about the band
PS: for those who think this band is satanic: I still have no evidence about that. Maybe their song title quite suspicious but the meaning is still good.. -
The song is them saying that they would give everything for their fans like (in Christianity ) Jesus

I believe it is about the people in the same situation as Andy was and are fighting through it, implying that word walk through hell means going through the worst of places and crown of thorns meaning, other people hurting them and having control and not letting them do what they want as I go back to the point through hell and through the darkness also mean through dark times of being bullied. Probably wrong but I tried , hope this helps
- The Saviour -
He's referencing Jesus the whole time. The crown the he wore at the cross is the crown of thorns.
But he also says "i am not the messiah" meaning he is no god but is powerful
Andy always says that he thinks bvb will be the best band ever and will rule the world
this means that the bvb army has gotten more powerful
Probably way wrong but i don't see anyone else guessing
