I think that Unholy is about that other part of you that secretly (or not so secretly) longs to be, well, unholy, and go against god, or any said religious diety, or to simply go against the rules and just do the un holiest things. I think the song is saying that there is a part of you that strives to break free that goes against nearly all of your decisions, that part of you that you struggle to keep tamed and locked away, and Andy is posing as that thing In the song. For example,
