   ok, if anyone is thinking its a serial killer its not. First of all i love this song from the beginning. Its about Christina going out with this guy and he was cheeting on her. He told her and she want back to him. He continued to cheet on her and this time he wanted to be back to her she said "no." and she finally moved on with her life and he was crawling back to her. She didnt let him.

   serial killer? Really? No, i think it is about how this guy breaks all these girls hearts including Christina's and he wants her back but she says no, breaking his heart and making all the girls happy and "giving their hearts back."

   the song is about a guy that she was with who was kinda like a player. He took all the girls' hearts and then in the end she takes her heart back which gives all the other girls their hearts back as well.
