Lol. Free smoke means anybody can get it, he's handing out losses to anyone and everyone.. The term originated from gun smoke. It's like if someone says "you don't want no smoke with me" or "come get this smoke then".. ("free" smoke) is saying that you aren't shying away from any issues.

In "Free Smoke", Drake's repetition actually represents the constant inhalation of when he is physically "smoking". He also makes a point to say "Free Smoke" representing that his wealth and identity as a famous celebrity allows for him to smoke completely for free. He basically is saying that he does not have to pay for weed, cigs, etc.

This song is about mainly Drake dissing on the people who talk down on him, and then the "ghost writing" rumors started by Meek Mill, and he called him out towards the end, also stating "I might move to Dubai so I don't have deal with none of you guys" because he doesn't have time for the people talking shit basically.
