   I think the meaning of this song is that everyone gets away with sayig stuff on t.v. or on a cartoon so when he says "and you will laugh cuz theres a puppet on my hand" it means people are hurting peoples feelings and they get away with it cuz its funy

   I think it has something to do with child predators? He talks about the police busting him for watching movies with young actors, taking his computer, and at some point he says “not quite old enough so I’ll say ‘butt like that’,” plus he mentions masturbation a lot. And obviously saying “make my pee pee go ba doing doing” is more language you would use around a kid. Are any of the people he is making fun of have a past of being a child predator?

   He is making fun of Triump the Insult Comic Dog. The "puppet" approached Eminem for an interview, but he pushed the puppet away and refused. Triump has an accent similiar to the fake one he does in this song.
