Eminem: My Darling Meaning
My Darling Lyrics
Yeah, look
If I were to rap about the crap that's out
That's the route you probably want me to take
Cos your just dying to know what I think
And my take on some other bitches
If I was to say somethin' bout' Paul Wall...

U sure I'm pretty sure it's about eminem and the illuminati

This is a classic example of a song fight between eminem and "his demons" (drugs), the first verse talks all about how people to expect him to rap on about his opinion on other rappers buit not all of his songs are based on bagging out everyone, at the end of the first verse eminem says. The mirror grows lips and whispers ome nearer. The second verse is a call and response between eminem and a monster-ish voice symbolising the his demons that appears in his bedside mirror. The mirror demon is convincing eminem to turn back to drugs the demon uses lines like "im here to rebuild you" saying your nothing as good now as you were with drugs, drugs make you who you are. eminem tells the demon he beat him (got rid of his drug using ways) in the line "but I had you beat" then the demon responds saying "no...i was playing possum, remember? I let you watch your little girls blossm. The 3rd verse starts as the deamon makes crods cheer and says "shady you hear that? they are screaming for you, I can bring your carrer back" eminem responds saying but I don't want it back. demon trys to get dr dre on his side and em has dre on the phone and dre backs up the demon saying "slim I gotta tlk to ya, I dunno it just seems like ever since you been off ya drugs ya became a lot softer" after this eminem punches the mirror that the demon is in and the demon says "im not in the mirror I'm inside you, let me guide you" em says "fuck you die you son of a bitch" puts a gun to his head and say bye bye. Shoots himself in the head and says "okay I'm still alive" demon- "so am I to, you can't kill a spirit even if you try to" the demon goes on explaining how drugs complete marshall and then it is clear to the listeners of the song that the chorus saying "my darling, I don't ever wanna leave you my darling, you and me were meant to be together my darling" isn't about a person it's about drugs.
