   Being starstruck means being completely overwhelmed when meeting someone you’re very attached to, generally a celebrity, because their presence is so amazing to you that it renders you speechless. Gaga is directing this toward a person she’s met (possibly a DJ considering the song’s context) who is so amazing, or even just attractive, that she is “starstruck” by them.

   Only one way to interpret this song folks. It's about drugs! Injecting meth to be specific.
   
   "Groove, Slam, work it back, filter that, baby bump that track" She's talking about how to use the needle. "Slam" is a common term used for injecting meth.
   
   "Gaga in the room, so starstruck cherry cherry boom boom" The meth has officially entered the body, now your high as a kite and feel "starstruck" "cherry cherry boom boom" is the cough you get right after the meth hits your heart.
   "Put your hands on my waste, pull the fader, run it back with original flavor" Put your hand on her in order to keep her still while you have the needle in her arm, pull the needle back to see blood (original flavor).
   
   "Fantasize on the track that your tweakin" Tweaking is a common meth term used to mean your getting high.
   
   "Put the break down first" You ever see how doctors squirt a little out of the needle before they inject it? Well she's referring to this act by letting you know you have to do that in order to remove the air in the needle (or the break) She uses break, because if you don't remove it it's like putting the breaks down on your life, you will die.
   
   Listen to flo-riders part, "Too many starbucks" You get a major stimulant rush from doing this, you can "overdose" and die.

   I believe she is talking about finding "love" in a club. Meaning she went to a club during the weekend to party, with some friends. She starts dancing and meets a guy and starts dancing with him. She loves dancing with him. In a way she loves him, wanting to feel a need for a relationship.
   Definately a song that is dance worthy!(:
