This song is actually about Acadia. The part "remember in 1712 Acadia Road fell, they tore our house down" that part is talking about the battle where the British came and tore down the houses of the Acadians. He also talks about the memories growing up at 1712 Acadia road(Josh's house)
    Hope this was helpful!

Josh Ramsy grew up at 1712 Acadia Rd. and this song is about the memories from before he was famous and his old friends and finally, when his old house got taken down.
