   I think that this song is about a guy who has a lot of problems (ranging from getting bullied to cutting to drugs) but refuses to say anything to anyone. He bottles everything up. His problems keep getting worse, but he still refuses to talk. He keeps digging himself deeper and deeper into his own problems and he hates himself for it.

   I can take it if you need to take this out on someone..."
   (Josh is having a hard time figuring himself out. He doesn't take himself foe a trick, but he doesn't know what he wants. He just takes his abuse.)
   
   " That little bitch with her head held so high
   Talking shit when I cut myself so I could feel something I know is not a lie..."
   (There is a girl (probably popular) who talks crap about Josh. This causes him to start cutting so he can feel something he knows is real.)
   
   "That one stings a little
   I'm always in the middle
   I don't expect but try me
   And you will always find me here
   This is where I scream from..."
   (He is cutting, and it hurts him. He is in the middle of a tough time. He doesn't expect people to try and help him. You will find him somewhere screaming, trying to forget all the bad things.)
   
   "You can take it all away and I'll miss
   There's a little bit of you in all this
   And you can say you only think you know, yeah..."
   (You can take bits of Josh away and he misses the old him. The people tormenting him are the reasons for his cutting. People pretend to sympathize with him. No one gets it.)

   You know I hate myself without you now..."
   (There is more to Josh than you can see. People haven't seen him at his best. He hates himself if he isn't causing himself pain.)

   (It will hurt if people know what he is doing to himself or not. It is just how things go. He won't ask for help.)

   ( This is he takes a turn for the worst. He is starting to use drugs, and people keep bringing him down.)

   (He is hurt from all of this, no one is helping him, and he won't ask for help.)

   (He knows there is more to him than what people see, but this is starring tk take over his life, but he won't get help.)

   (He is hurting, but doesn't do anything to help it.)

   (He is getting himself in deeper and deeper. He doesn't want to loose more of himself. Josh is getting worse, and he can only watch as he slowly slips away from what he was.)

   (It still hurts, and he needs someone to help him, however he still wont ask for help.)
