I think it is all the struggles he went through. I think it involves his self harm to peer pressure all the way to his drug use. I think anyone can relate to this song to some point.

Josh Ramsay struggled with self-harm. It is obvious to me that he is talking about cutting himself when he says ( And I'm just trying to stop the bleeding) Josh ramsay once said that people who are cutting themself try to believe that they deserve it (I just started to deserve it)

i think it might have to do with drugs, like when he says all the faces are alibis, like peer pressure could be his excuse. also im half the man i wanted to be because when he does drugs he feels unproductive, unsuccessful, worthless, etc. well thats just what i think.
