It could be about someone (possibly crybaby) who had a parent who did bad things (like how crybaby’s father cheated on her mother) and other people are always comparing them to that parent or other relative by saying “your just like them.” Or “You sound just like your father” and know she feels like she’s constantly being haunted by the other person’s mentality or their past.

I think it means that she is thinking of a person she loved. Maybe she is thinking how they used to do what she does. She tries to stop thinking about it but it keeps coming back. So she is "Haunted" by the memories with him or her.
