    This song is without doubt a song of love she is clearly just friends with a person she actually really loves but she doesn't know how to say she loves him.this is where the part training wheels comes from.her and her friend are using "training wheels"to go slowly throughout their relationship but she secretly wants to go faster through it so she wants him to take his "training wheels" off
