The band had shown many a times communist tendencies which can also be understood by their blue-collar past and their origin in East Germany. Maybe they miss the old Communist Russia. -
It's a very cynic and hilarious description about a sex maniac going for prostitutes in eastern europe and about a prostitute who rebuilds herself (eventually despite age problems), obtaining a very pathetic result to try to be sensual xD
