Size does matter, after all.
Zu groß, zu klein?
Er könnte etwas größer sein.

Alleine in das ausland Fahren.
Reise, reise Fahrvergnügen,
Ich will nur Spaß, mich nicht verlieben.

#1 top rated interpretation:i think you're both wrong. they said in an interview that the song is mocking the sex-tourism industry. and there's porn in Germany you know, no need to hate on Americans and their women
-
2TOP RATED
#2 top rated interpretation:The song consists of clearly sarcastic lyrics, sung by a stereotypical douchebag who just wants fun (sex), and not to fall in love. ("Ich will nur Spaß, mich nicht verlieben.") The video just shows how women are not very different, maybe even worse. Women are thought to be less comfortable with sex, and it's always the male trying to seduce the female, but in reality it's more commonly the other way around.
The phrase "I can't get laid in Germany" refers to the fact that America has really messed up their society with all these pornos portraying women as whores, and now pretty much every female in America wants it from more than one man. They're saying in Germany it's not like that; there's people there who actually want to have a long relationship rather than a quick fuck.
Pointless sex is what it is.
No Anon, the song has nothing to do with prostitution. -
"They're saying in Germany it's not like that; there's people there who actually want to have a long relationship rather than a quick fuck. "
depends on...
those who sometimes(or with one man) want a long relationship
sometimes(or whith others)".. wants it from more than one man."
"I can't get laid in Germany"
mens that the girls wouldnt choose him (and normalyits there choice-not the male's) for neither possibillity, whatever reason ther may bee
maybe
because hes a "..stereotypical douchebag"
maybe because this stereotyp is fun to sing about -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
