Cyanide Sweet Tooth Suicide Lyrics

She's a steel thrill suicide
They say cyanide in her plastic veins
She's a mannequin of misery

I’m thinking someone significant in his life overdosed and went into a coma hence the white light and train wreck. I believe they are giving her medication hence the Novocain in a plastic vein I’m not quite sure tho

I feel it may be about the narrators girlfriend slowly committing suicide by drugs, perhaps due to bullying. She has been unintentionally doing so due to the amount of drugs, and started leaving notes in case she takes to much. This is such a confusing song, sorry if you have a different opinion, and sorry for such a late comment.

I say it's about a person who has a girlfriend who is bullied a lot. The reason is unknown. I think she tries to commit suicide, but is saved and reassured by the narrator. She tries again, and succeeds, leaving notes. The narrator is devastated, and crus in shock, pain, heartbreak, sadness, and anger. By "0.5" I think (in my strange brain) that the narrator just has faint memories of her, most likely not even able to remember her face. I may be wrong, but someone, please, make a reasonable explanation of this song. IT'S SO CONFUSING!!!!!

I think it's about his girlfriend committing suicide and him liking it for some reason? (This is clearly a shot in the dark if you couldn't tell)
