Sleeping with Sirens: 2 Chord Meaning
2 Chord Lyrics
Walls explode with sounds of a fight, yeah
Searching for a reason I don't if I'll make it out alright
She said shed leave a thousand time I think tonight, I'd actually take flight
And as she passes her things I see her...

I think its about a time in Kellin's life especially when he was struggling with his alcoholism and his wife waa getting tired of it and would always threaten to leave until he decides to stop drinking and she will stay only if he stops and gets clean and if not she will leave and never come back. Thats just a guess

What I got out of this was a couple or maybe friend and they're going thru something or they broke up already and one of them is like "moving on" and they other is like "naw I'm not leaving. We're gonna make this work" like one gave up. And the other is still fighting for what they want or what they think is right....

well..for some reason the song reminds me of suicide?? i dont know. like when they say "im not leaving" like maybe they arent gonna leave as in kill themselves. Maybe they are gonna stay with the other person until they make it. The whole picture part kinda reminds me of like someone who killed themselves and they are looking back at the pictures wondering how things got so bad that they killed themselves. and the other person is so sad that they want them to come back home. idk

Everyone is saying it's a couple fighting so that seems weird of my interpretation. What interpreted is that a two friends are talking about running away together because friend A is getting hurt by there parents. When the two friends are actually able to leave Friend A is saying that the can't go anywhere with Friend A and they are staying with the abusive parent. Again I may be so wrong, but this is what I interpreted. *shrugs*
-
A couple are constantly fighting as the child sits quietly observing and watching his mother threaten to leave but then says to the child i'm not leaving i'm staying here to reassure the child that she's staying and won't be going anywhere.
