Song Released: 2018
The Mountain Lyrics

Reminds me of “The Myth of Sisyphus”.
-
I think that the song is about the struggles in life and that you have to keep pushing on no matter how hard it gets for you.
-
what I think this song is about is depression and "every time I think I'm over I wake up at the bottom of it all again" is most likely a depressive episode with thoughts of suicide. (this is what I think when I hear the song)
-
He's facing suicidal thoughts sprung from a deeper issue. However, he's pushing through and will keep fighting against these problems so that he can live the life he was meant to, even though he feels like the issues keep lapsing and repeating.
