He wants to fuck a dog and he tries to fuck your mom and your dad, but he only finds a dog.
Then he tries to fuck a pirate in the ass but it seems the pirate was not a pirate but his/your own sister.
A very deep song indeed. Masterpiece of our time =P
(no seriously, its all just a joke ;-) ) -

How does someone even think about this!? Who would have thoughts about this let alone write a song about it!? You have serious mental health issues if you think about f**king a dog. This is such a messed up song bro...

I came to set the record straight. Seriously, guys, this isn't a joke song.
Source: I know. I was the dog. -
Well... as you can CLEARY see from the first lines, the "man" is trying to get laid, but is being rejected over and over again. Conveniently, there is a dog that he can have sex with, so he does it. As for the Pirate part, I'm guessing that the pirate was imaginary. You know how stereotypically, pirates go "Arr..."? I think that this is the sound that the dog makes during intercourse.

This song is a very in depth representation about how society is becoming more and more comfortable with the range of seemingly strange and wrong moral ideas. yes, it may seem like a joke to many, but it is really trying to teach people to try to keep their heads and not be insane. you have to live your life however you want to, but to an extent. you can't just go around having sex with dogs. you need to have some kind of respect for yourself and who you are a person.

no you guys got it all wrong, this song is about finding true live and never having pre merital sex. with dogs

This is an in depth song with a lot of meaning and really expresses Tom DeLonge's greatest wants. To fuck DOGS and PIRATES.

Everyone above is wrong this song is actually about a woman who went over seas to open a coffe shop. A man walked in one day with a strange disease, he was so hairy and he had along tounge, so they called him the dog man. She killed him and stole his tounge and sold it to a farmer to to this day keeps it in a glass bottle next to some pickled eggs. I base this on absolutly nothing.
