This song is about someone who has a falling out with another and in doing so realizes that he is happier without the other person. So as the story goes, when the ex friend(lover?) tries to communicate or approach the protagonist, the protagonist explains that he no longer needs his ex and would rather be a loner taking it up the ass("ridin prone") than to forgive and forget which would lead him to experience a "lame" relationship with his ex, frustrating him greatly.
