   He's talking about when Proof, his best friend, died he was going through a hard time. He started drugs again, contemplated suicide (which is what he means when he says "only thing I fear is Hailie I'm affraid if I close my eyes I might see her". He's scared of seeing Hailie being depressed, sad and lonely if he kills himself.) Hes basically talking about all his problems, and all the hard things in his life, such as his relationship with Kim, and Proof dying.

   his talking about his depression,drug abuse,his just trying to change since he almost die in 2012 due to drug abuse... his organs where shutting down..they thought he wasnt going to make it...he had to learn how to talk and walk again... thats what he means with im going through changes.

   In the Song 'Going through Changes" Eminem is reflecting of the death of his best friend Proof, who was shot and killed by Mario Etheridge. In the song, Eminem dedicates this song to his three daughters, Hailey, Whitney and Alaina, and says that he will do anything for there mother, Kim. 'Going Through Changes' is now one of Eminem's Biggest Hits and would be one of the best songs on his 2010 album 'Recovery'. Recovery had sold 5.7 million copies world wide by the end of 2010.

   This song is about how after Proof died Eminem started heavy drug use and after a while he realized that instead of mourning Proof's death with drug use he should celebrate Proof's life by going back to how he was before Proof died.

   Talking about him being on drugs and and feeling great and telling himself he's fine...when he really needs help (which he mentions). Its ruining his life and changing his life. It eventually gets bad enough to where he ends up in hospital. After that he starts on his comeback and makes it through and again going rhrough more changes
