Maroon 5: She Will Be Loved Meaning
Song Released: 2004
She Will Be Loved Lyrics
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her She always belonged to someone else
I drove for miles and miles
And wound up at your door
I've had you so many times but somehow
I want...

This song is about a guy and he was in love wit his girl friend but she was in a relationship. They were always there for each other and he knew everything about her (I know all of the things that make you who you are)
He was always there to fall back on, something familar that made both of them happy but she stayed with her boyfriend. (He was always there to help her, she always belong to someone else)
In the chorus he's telling her, he's always going to try to be the man that she needs and she'll never give up on her. -
With the whole "Goodbye" part, I don't think it has to do with the boyfriend. I think she is saying goodbye to her devoted friend time and time again. This song is about Jane Herman, obviously, like all songs on this album Songs About Jane, and other songs also talk about her saying goodbye but thinking nothing of it (This Love: "She said goodbye too many times before")
-
I think this is the exact description of me and my best friend. We are always there for each other, especially when we both got out of bad relationships.
Everyone thinks we might as well be dating, but I don't have feelings for him that way. -
I think the song is about a guy (Adam) who's been in a relationship with a girl, and things didn't work out so they broke up. She starts dating all these other guys, who abuses her somehow, but Adam still has feelings for her and really loves her. He will do anything for her, even though she dates other guys all the time and doesn't seem to care about him. Every time something goes wrong, Adam is there to help her, and he hopes that she'll understand how much he truly loves her. That's what I get from it :)

No one has mentioned this but I thought this was what it was about:
She is a prostitute but he fell in love with her. He has hired her many times but he wants her to love him [I've had you so many times but somehow I want more].
He is waiting for her on her corner where she prostitues [Out on your corner in the pouring rain].
I could go on but I think you get the idea :L -
I think this song is about a guy who is in love with a girl (possibly a prostitute) she's always taken ("He was always there to help her, she always belonged to someone else") , and whenever she has a problem in her relationship, she comes running to the guy. He'll always help her, but she never sees him as more than a friend.
Basically, the guy is in the friendzone. Obviously, he doesn't want to, but he stays, because if he doesn't help her through her problems, who will? -
This song basically reminds me, of me..
I have this guy best friend who i know really likes me, and who is always there for me. I'm in a relationship though, but we have been cussing & fighting each other lately and it's always forgive & forget for me. But my guy best friend tells me to leave him, that i deserve best. Which i think that he is referring for me to be with him instead of my current boyfriend. but then again who knows right? maybe i'm starting to get feeling's for my guy best friend. he's been the only one giving me respect lately & he's always there to cheer me up. i don't know damn feelings! -
I think the "beauty queen" is the MOM not the girl of the video, because she is the one that hurt by her husband and she belongs to someone else the girl friend I think he's with her to be close to her mom or something of that sort.
I know this makes no sense because the songs says "beauty queen of only 18" but the video is all about them (the mom and adam) not the daughter. -
I think it's about a girl who has emotional/physical problems and the guy who loves her is saying he'd do anything for her (in short).
-
This song remind me of my husband who is falling in love with another girl until now. And it hurt me so much. When I heard this song I just want to give my husband to her..but he doesn't want it.

She will be loved by Maroon 5 is a song a guy who has a friend that is a girl but he likes her more than a friend but she doesn’t like him in that way.
The trouble she has with herself, this line says that she has been in a few relationships and has been hurt physically or emotionally or has been cheated on.
When he says ‘I have drove for miles and miles and wound up at your door’ he is saying that he would do anything for her, he would drive a million miles if he has to be with her because he cares so much about her.
‘Look for the girl with the broken smile.’ This line may mean that she has been hurt by her last relationship and all she wants is to feel loved.
‘My heart is full and my doors always open you can come anytime you want.’ He is telling her that his heart is always full for her love and she can come to him whenever she wants because he will always be waiting there for her.
‘It is not always rainbows and butterflies; it compromises that moves us along.’ This line is saying that he has accepted the fact that she doesn’t love him in the same way that he loves her, and he will always love her not matter what happens.
In the song he says that he knows everything about her and when she always goes for another guy, that it never works out and she comes back to him that he is always just a rebound and then towards the end of the song he tells her that he doesn’t want her to try to hard to move on because he will always love her and she always gets hurt. -
What are the figurative language &&'nd poetic terms in this song?
-
well if you see the video it is actually exactly what the #1 top rated says its about... well thats too much to type but its nothing about a prostitute or anything like that but #1 toprated explains fairly thurly read it.
-
This song is definately about a guy describing how he is in love with a prostitute.
-
You know the girl at the end?
It means towards the end when the guy is hugging up to another girl, He was testing her to see if she really fell in love with him.
