She Will Be Loved Lyrics
She had some trouble with herself
He was always there to help her She always belonged to someone else
I drove for miles and miles
And wound up at your door

The song is about a guy who's in love with his friend, but the gal doesn't love him. He's ready to do anything for her.
"It's not always rainbows and butterflies/It's compromise that moves us along" means that the guy has accepted the fact. This line is really awesum and heart stricking!
"I know I tend to get so insecure/It doesn't matter anymore " since she now loves anyone else no he points out that theres no use of any feeling of insecurity
