Owl City: Shine Your Way Meaning
Shine Your Way Lyrics
when the light is still gone,
shine, shine your way,
and your may not know, where to go,
shine, shine your way
Open road but it is still dark,
built a fire from a spark,
and shine, shine your way,

#1 top rated interpretation:To me this song is about that we will go through bad times and challenges in life that will make us want to give up but to not give up And to just reach your goal and show what you can do and who you really are.

This was my favorite song when I was little. I can't believe I almost forgot this song existed. The song is from owl city and yuna, and is called shine your way. It was written for the movie the croods in 2018.
To me this song kinda represents people, and the difficulties people face. People seem to always think they’re on their own. But they are not. There may be good, and there’s bad in this world too. But no matter how bad things can get, things can always get better. If you let them.
Let the feeling inside you, Call it what you will, intuition, gut feeling, 6th sense, and let it guide you.
Any time, anywhere, turn around and I’ll be there, there are always going to be people that love you and you can depend on. Even if you don’t know it yet.
All of your tears will dry faster in the sun, you will feel so much better if you let people that love you help you. Because you aren’t in this alone.
The moment you find your sun, and let other people that care about you in. All of your tears will dry faster.
This is something my mom says, “When your brain is feeling broken and/or wants to self-destruct, find another brain to take care of you.”
Even when you feel down right hopeless, and feel like you want to die. And you don’t feel like you can shine your way anymore. In your darkest times even when you feel no one is there for you. There will always be someone that cares about you, and will share their light, to help you shine, shine, shine, shine your way. And you may not go where to go, but find someone you can depend on and loves you very much. And if you can’t find them, they’ll find you. All of our tears will dry faster in the sun, shine your way.

i feel the meaning is the light is jesus christ because he says you came to show me the way and God sent his only son to show us the way and the sun is jesus he's the sun

I think this song is about the personal light inside us (call it what you must) that always has the answer and can lead us through any dark time. So there's no reason to hesitate only to run to our goals.

This song rep d true essence of life.
Just before d dawn...
It is normal for us to experience night- troubles & dawn- its solution.
And u may not know whr to go...
The problems makes us confused
Build a fire from spark...feed d feeling in ur heart
there is always a way if only we search ouselves deeply & calmly
There is so much to learn, now its ur turn...
tho u av dis spark (idea), u must learn about it, read, meet people- do ur own part
There's a feeling deep inside u can let it b ur guide to find ur way...
Follow dat intuition or sixth sense, dont waste time be optimistic, it wil work out soon enough all d problems will b over.
Anytime, anywhr turn I'll be there...
even wen u cant do it urself, somone who loves u will b there to help.
All of our tears will dry faster in d sun...
Soon, sooner than u think all the problems will be over. -
