I think it has a similar meaning to the song Droppin' Plates by Disturbed (about how they were discouraged, and now they're huge and successful): Los (which may mean Less, off/loose, or Go!) is about people criticizing them and saying their lyrics are tasteless and some other negative BS that ain't true, when, in reality, they're a multimillionaire metal band whose songs are like potato chips: you can't stop at just one.
