   I believe this song contains sadness of leaving someone that you loved in your life. I have lost four uncles in my lifetime: my uncle Lucky Snider, my uncle Lyle Troupe, my uncle Alex Landreth and my uncle John Anger Sr. I miss my uncles every single day of my life. May they rest in peace

   Its about suicide and just like the last night and John cooper the singer and bass player is playing god telling that person not to say goodbye to the world because there is a lot of things beautiful things and if you commit suicide there will be no more of that no more talking laughing. No more enjoying the world for what it is

   I’m not sure exactly what it means but I know this song was perfect when one of my best friends told
   Me he was leaving for a job in another state. I think it’s just a very loving song that’s saying I’ll always love you your my friend your a part of me.

   lol I just guessed they wrote it to test Jen. On a video, John said that they knew that Ben wouldn't stay their guitarist....Like they say in the song, "And although we knew, this time would come for me and you...." and many people believed Bennifer was real.

   Rumor has it that it is about him breaking up with a girlfriend. Although, in an interview, he said it was a great graduation song. (Perhaps he was saying goodbye to Lori Peters?)
